Active Temporary Permit (Waiver)
You must hold a valid, unexpired temporary teaching permit issued by Khurusapha. The initial waiver is applied for on your behalf by your employing school through the KSP School system. If your waiver has lapsed or your school has not completed filing, the training portal will not validate your enrollment.
School vs. Teacher Responsibilities
Your school administration handles the official school waiver filing and institutional paperwork in KSP School. In contrast, you as the individual teacher handle your module registration, online session attendance, tuition payment, and course certificate downloads.
TEFL vs. Khurusapha Modules
A 120-hour TEFL or CELTA certificate is a practical teaching credential valued by schools to demonstrate classroom readiness. However, it is not an official teacher license and does not provide credit toward Khurusapha modules. The 7 modules represent an independent national professional curriculum.

TPDI organizes distinct language tracks. While most foreign teachers enroll in English-medium batches, Thai-language batches and selective Chinese cohorts also run. Verify that you select the correct language track during the initial intake registration.

Advancing to the Provisional P-License
Successfully completing all 7 modules satisfies the professional knowledge standard. You then compile your certificates, university degree, and school documentation to apply for a 2-year Provisional P-License via KSP Self-Service. Remember that receiving the license requires formal committee review: it is not issued automatically upon finishing coursework.
Home Country License Recognition
Educators holding an active, fully recognized home-country teaching credential (such as UK Qualified Teacher Status / QTS, a US state teaching license, or Australian registration) may submit credentials to Khurusapha for evaluation. Credential recognition is evaluated on a case-by-case basis: do not assume all foreign credentials skip modules automatically.
